  Steven needs a raise but Jason doesn’t know how to be nice, my autistic friend got mad because the didn’t cut his sandwich so he threw his drink on the ground. And my other very handsome friend got charged for 2 sandwiches and he only got one, when he asked for a refund the refused to give him back his money. Jason was also being pretty rude to Steven, Steven is a nice dude and Jason is just rude to him. This is my autistic friend in the picture and he wasn’t very happy.

  They charged me with someone else’s sandwich and then wouldn’t refund me for someone else’s sandwich and they didn’t cut my sandwich.

  Last week my husband and I (both in our 70’s) went out to lunch having received coupons for discounted sandwiches. We showed the young gal the coupon for 2 foot long sandwiches for $13.99. I picked the 1st sandwich on the menu and my husband picked what he wanted. There was an older woman (the manager)counting $$ at the register, (apparently getting the deposit ready) an older man just paid for his order went to get his drink and mentioned there was water on the floor by the soda machine. The older woman held up a towel then tossed it on the counter. He didn’t pick it up filled his cup and left. I got to the register handed the woman the coupon…she read it and stated I ordered the only sandwich that was not part of the sale. Wish the first gal who actually made the sandwich knew what the coupon said or maybe a post it on the sign. My bad, I can’t read fine print. I offered to pay the difference. The manage, who tossed the rag on the counter, literally flicked the coupon at me and told me I couldn’t use it. My husband’s sandwich was being cut. Having witnessed the interaction he told me we should just leave. I paid $16. For the one sandwich and ordered a 3rd to get the 2 for 13.99 deal. There are so many other places to go out and eat. We used to go to subway all the time then there was Jarred. Then the bread wasn’t really bread. Then the tuna wasn’t tuna…the water was still on the floor as we sat down with our sandwich’s and the manager walked out of the store with the deposit. Lunch was $30
