  Standing waiting for 30mins as one employee is making pick up orders and the other just walking around doing nothing. Terrible customer service no hello, no one asked about what to order, no other customers in the store this entire time.

  Staff are always nice, but the service and speed is not great. We usually wait 20+ min with no one in front of us. We don’t get notified if it’ll be a wait. I understand the online orders, but even when those are completed the pace is extremely slow. We tried to work around this by submitting online orders instead, and when we arrive to grab our online order at its estimated time, it’s not ready. The waiting is so terrible, we come in happy, and leave irritated.

  I love the kids working in here, yes they are short handed, and young kids.. It's corporate that sucks badly.. Please be kind to the workers.. They are all nice to us when we come in and hook me up nicely.. My sammich is always perfect, but again we treat them nice, we are patient and we tip nicely ..just a suggestion tho

  Something needs to change about this location. Needs to shut down or hire more people. Its getting real old .in the 2 years it has never once had enough workers to do the job they need to do. Subway is 100% taking advantage of the people working there or its the management . No clue. But it should not take 1 hr LITERALLY to get a sandwich
