  I ordered online it said to be there by 1:58 I got there at that time they told me my food would be done in 5 minutes I proceeded to wait 20 minutes while multiple people sat in the back and one person made the sandwich. But they where able to help with every other order I'm sure got there after mine. Wish there was another fast food in town

  Standing waiting for 30mins as one employee is making pick up orders and the other just walking around doing nothing. Terrible customer service no hello, no one asked about what to order, no other customers in the store this entire time.

  Staff are always nice, but the service and speed is not great. We usually wait 20+ min with no one in front of us. We don’t get notified if it’ll be a wait. I understand the online orders, but even when those are completed the pace is extremely slow. We tried to work around this by submitting online orders instead, and when we arrive to grab our online order at its estimated time, it’s not ready. The waiting is so terrible, we come in happy, and leave irritated.

  Oh yea! Love the subway restrurants. Good inexpensive meal that fills me. When traveling, one of my got to places.
