  Visited this location twice now in past month and both times Rodney has been fantastic to work with. He's a helpful problem solved that efficiently works with you to get whatever you need. I needed irregular sized photos for a Canadian form and he helped me get it right sized. I only knocked off a star because some of fed ex's prices are bonkers.

  The lady that’s been with FedEx since 1998 was very rude, angry, rushed, annoyed and overall seemed to hate her job. I hope she either retires soon or reads these reviews so she can change her ways and treat customers with kindness and respect. It’s never too late to change! Edit: I think some people change and it’s always nice to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe something happened personally that threw them off for the day OR maybe employees read these reviews in an effort to get some feedback. Mary was very pleasant and nice the last time I was in. I’m changing my score from 1 Star to 5. Good job Mary!
