    This subway is much better since they switched owners. however the employees are hit and miss. a couple weeks ago we went there for lunch. we decided to use the app to pre order and to speed things along. We sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes placing our order. after completing, we clicked to make payment. as we entered there was someone being served. now...while waiting our turn 6 more people came in and got in line behind us. after the customer in front of us paid and walked away it was now our turn. she said "how can i help you" I said we ordered online my name is jeff. she appeared to be frustrated and walked to the register and picked up a long receipt. she looked at it for a few seconds then said "you will have to go to the end of the line until i serve everyone else" i said "what? no we pre-ordered to make it fast and easy" she argued with me for a while then walked away and started serving everyone else. I told her this is not right! it is our turn!. she ignored us. everyone in line shook their head and rolled their eyes like they could not believe what she just did.one person walked out because of all this. we then went and sat down until the line was done. One lady that got served walked over to us and said "I think you should report this! that was very wrong what she did" after everyone was served i told her i just want refunded. she ignored my request and went to make a call. then started making our sandwiches. then she left the sandwiches partially made and walked away....after 5 minutes i decided to call the sheriff. When they arrived she hurriedly finished our sandwiches and wrapped them up. The police talked to us and then to her and asked if it would just be ok if they handed us the sandwiches. The police have more important things to do, so at this point i said yes and we left. This was a horrible experience for US, everyone inline and maybe even her but somehow i doubt it. I would like to see something done about this. This world is rapidly evolving to online self ordering, but when we do....we should not be PUNISHED and thrown to the end of the line.
