They charge to tape your box closed, and the woman working there with dark hair was really rude about it. I have been to UPS stores all over Oregon and California this is the first one I've been to that charges to tape your box closed. They call it a taping fee.

Customer service is lack luster. Went to get a service which should be offered during business hours and I was told the person couldn’t step away for 5 min to help me and to wait until the next employee came in. It was quicker to drive to other location. Won’t be returning. Will drive a bit further for higher quality service.

Comically bad. I brought in my missed delivery door tag and the clerk asked me to explain what it meant. She then told me she neither of us could look up the package's info. When I scanned the QR code and gave her the tracking info, she told me she still couldn't look it up and couldn't help me, but they would hold the package for me.
They didn't.

DO NOT USE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS! They don’t do them the correct size, and your passport will get rejected! The dotted line is the minimum and they didn’t come close at all! Wish I could get my money back, as this was a waste!
