  I just want everybody know that I’ve had the greatest experience with everybody, including the manager Ashley at the UPS store. They’re always nice, very helpful, and yes, they get busy, but it’s called patients, everybody. They’re working because they have to work, just like you Have a great day. Thank Paula

  Overall I love UPS store in Bend on 3rd street and use you all the time for service but my experience with the rep that helped me in store today was brutal. The clerk was completely unamused to be at work obviously… almost annoyed to help customers! Mind blowing to be honest! Do better! Lady with black hair that all the other associates were coming to ask questions to… if you are the manager… girl… work on the customer service face and demeanor if you plan on working with the public

  I am repeating my experience from yesterday! Ashley did not want to help me tag up an amazon return ! She told me to do it myself and I said I wasn’t sure how and it was an expensive return. She ripped the paperwork out of my hand. I was shocked! I said isn’t this your job and she said you do it yourself! Worst experience ever! I asked her name and who was her boss! She said she was the manager!

  Customer service is lack luster. Went to get a service which should be offered during business hours and I was told the person couldn’t step away for 5 min to help me and to wait until the next employee came in. It was quicker to drive to other location. Won’t be returning. Will drive a bit further for higher quality service.

  Since remodel store has gone downhill. The owner "hovers" over employees and speaks disrespectfully to his staff. He's cocky, rude and unfriendly to customers. They should've kept Jessica on staff. She kept the place upbeat and joyful. Always quick service and kind conversation when she was their. Now it's dreadful with inexperienced DEI hires. Make sure you pack a lunch for the lines and pack your own packages so you don't get robbed by their prices. Anonymous mailbox are the ONLY good thing about this place. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
