  I am repeating my experience from yesterday! Ashley did not want to help me tag up an amazon return ! She told me to do it myself and I said I wasn’t sure how and it was an expensive return. She ripped the paperwork out of my hand. I was shocked! I said isn’t this your job and she said you do it yourself! Worst experience ever! I asked her name and who was her boss! She said she was the manager!

  Customer service is lack luster. Went to get a service which should be offered during business hours and I was told the person couldn’t step away for 5 min to help me and to wait until the next employee came in. It was quicker to drive to other location. Won’t be returning. Will drive a bit further for higher quality service.

  Comically bad. I brought in my missed delivery door tag and the clerk asked me to explain what it meant. She then told me she neither of us could look up the package's info. When I scanned the QR code and gave her the tracking info, she told me she still couldn't look it up and couldn't help me, but they would hold the package for me. They didn't.

  DO NOT USE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS! They don’t do them the correct size, and your passport will get rejected! The dotted line is the minimum and they didn’t come close at all! Wish I could get my money back, as this was a waste!

  I had the best experience here today! I needed to get a document notorized for my grandparents who both have mobility issues. One of the ladies that works here came out to my car so they didn't have to get out and walk into the store. She was amazing and so helpful. Thank you for being so kind. You really made our day easier.
