  Called three times and got the call center, NOT the store. They did not have any information about the store. Super unhelpful and super unfriendly. I live in a remote place, two hours away from the nearest UPS store, and wanted to make sure my trip wasn’t in vain. I asked the last girl for the store phone number because the last guy said he didn’t have it. She gave it to me. When I told her that was the number I called, I got silence… she hung up on me. Nice to know that they can and do and act however they want to because we have no choice but to talk to them. 😒

  The Mgr Jenn was awesome! I never received a package and the photo of the receipt the sender sent me was blurry. I had been trying to get support through the website and the 800 number to no avail for over a month! She helped me reverse engineer the shipment and find it!! Sure also walked me through the claim process online and stayed in the phone with me to do it! I adore her!

  Jenn is absolutely amazing! Not only was I able to send my package International, she provided real time updates to help me get it through customs. I will only use this office location from now on for all my shipping. Their reputation is outstanding!
