  I’ve always had a swift and pleasant experience at this UPS Store, and the staff are generally helpful. On this one occasion, I brought in a return parcel in its original satchel but didn’t have tape at home to seal it. I was told that next time there would be a charge for tape if the satchel wasn’t sealed. While I understand charging for significant packing materials, charging for a single strip of tape to close an otherwise ready-to-ship satchel felt a bit excessive. It didn’t ruin my experience, but it seemed like a missed opportunity for a small customer-service gesture.

  This place is an Amazon pickup location. The first 2 times I sent packages here it went perfectly. On the 3rd time I was told that they had returned my item even though it was marked as delivered. I called Amazon and was told the item WAS in fact delivered (not returned) and still there, they had lied causing me to not have what I needed for work which meant I got sent home and lost out on $600 because of it. Decided I would just get stuff delivered to a different store however I had something still pending arrival. Upon arrival of the 4th item I went to go get it and they tried to extort me for money and told me I had to pay $10 to get my item even though it was through Amazon the same as every other package and you do NOT have to pay to pickup Amazon packages from Amazon pickup locations. Amazon needs to discontinue their contract with this location or someone needs fired because this is unacceptable.

  Camden at the UPS store on SW Century drive is an amazing team member. He knows how to do EVERYTHING! His customer service is great. He’s always in a good mood and when I go to the UPS store, I always hope he is there. He gets the job done and done with excellent customer service.

  I've been a customer at the S W Century store for years and have always received great service, oft time above and beyond. The store manager, Jenn, is such a pro and makes people feel so comfortable, and the entire staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

  I LOVE this UPS Store. Easy, friendly, no wait and everyone is helpful. I recommend the printing department. Rebecca was a pro and helped so much making sure things like my logo popped more and it’s all been a pleasant experience. If you need any business printing, this UPS is a great start!
