  Every time I've been here the employees have been very friendly and helpful and the service is fast! I appreciate that they have a scan and drop package area for prepaid packages in the front of the store and they also sell some nice cards and cute local items. Not sure why they rate so poorly on Google, I drive further to come to this specific UPS store!

  I really don't understand why this UPS Store has such low ratings. I stop by occasionally to handle Amazon returns or UPS drop-offs, and the staff members are always polite and provide prompt service. While there are times I have to wait—depending on the time of day or how busy it is—the staff's attitude remains consistently positive, and they do an excellent job. The employee with the curly hair has a cool, rock-and-roll vibe, and the female staff members always greet customers with a smile.

  The guy with the grey curly mullet and an earring in the right lobe was extremely rude to everyone in the store and seemed put out at those who couldn't use the kiosk. Will never use this UPS store again.

  Took an extremely important envelope to be sent overnight air with 10am guarantee delivery to this UPS Store to be sent to another UPS Store. Employee guaranteed it would be there. It has been rescheduled due to the UPS Store being closed for NYE which is crazy because even banks are open today. They should have known another UPS store is closed today. Tried to call this UPS store to find out why they did not tell me of the closure and they too are closed today even though they had a big green sign on their door stating they would be closed New Years Day Only.
