  Wow I don't even know where to start, the service was absolutely horrible! The guy that helped me did not know how to make a sandwich, when I asked for my meat to be heated up before it was toasted, he looked at me and goes so double toasted, i was so over waiting in line (20 minutes with 2 younger kids) I decided to just agree and try it, he already seemed really irritated with me and was being rude. He asked me if I wanted sauce put on before it was toasted I said yes he rolled his eyes at me and then forgot to put it on the sandwich. No customer service or food handling experience what so ever, AND THEY WERE OUT OF RANCH! The store was really dirty tables not wiped down and the floors looked like they haven't been swept or mopped in 5 years!!!! Subway is one of my favorite places to eat, I live two minutes from this subway but I will never be going back! This business needs to be shut down and the owners should never own a business ever again! Good luck trying to call and talk to a manager, this used to be the nicest subway in town, and now it's the worst restaurant in Oregon!

  Very spendy, and the food wasn't as fresh as it should be. Staff were minimally doing their job. No greeting, no cheer, they should probably find a job they like better. Disappointing visit.

  Whatever boy was working on 30Jun2025 at around 8:15pm is a clown. He wasnt answering when being xalked from the front and he wasnt answering the drive thru. I poked my head around the corner to catch his attention (which worked) he kindly came up and apologizing not noticing anything. After very slowly making the sandwiches of the vouple in front of me, he proceeded to educate me on how inappropriate it was to step around the corner (behind the food) to get his attention. Now, as I speak of this, I realize he didnt have the meat and veggie stations closed. Anyway, he told yhe kid in front of me that he is the only person working cause nobody there wants to work. Finally, I had yo request him to change his gloves after handling the cash frok the previous customer. Lots of bad and potentially dangerous habits.

  Went into Subway around 7:45 tonight. There were only three people ahead of my wife and me in line. The employee behind the counter stopped what he was doing and announced, "I have an announcement. I'm the only person working here, so I need two people to leave the store." He then just stood there waiting for customers to leave. At that point, we felt like we had no choice but to leave. We weren't asked if we were willing to wait or told there would be a longer-than-normal delay—we were simply told that two customers needed to leave.
