  Absolutely horrible service. So slow, understaffed, zero urgency. Not so great when you have 30 minutes for lunch.

  Ordered three sandwiches through the mobile app. Waited 25 minutes before arriving at restaurant to pickup. When I arrived I was informed they were not aware of my order. They found it and we waited additional time. Due to the short time frame we had to meet and due to the frustration of my associates one of them reentered and found no sandwiches of ours were made and they were making other people's sandwiches instead. We were not expecting to wait at subway for the 40 minute duration. We left after this as we were already late for our scheduled activity and we're not aware of when we would receive our sandwiches. Despite all this I was fine with it as long as I got refunded my money I paid. But was frustrated to find that there was no refund option available. I would appreciate a refund of my purchase at the least. Order number: B14B1332-BO Payment amount: $20.78

  Delicious flatbread sandwiches, friendly staff and everything was very clean. The bathrooms were well taken care of as well.
