  I'm satisfied! Came win with a flat that Costco nor Discount Tire would touch . Guy said he could help. Positives: quick, friendly, fast service, NO CHARGE! Free bottle of water. Negative: waiting room not very comfortable chairs, magazines were all fishing and guns. Yuk. But I was only there for 15 minutes so I can't complain!

  Great mechanics, I did feel a bit misleaded about price. I expected (was approximately quoted) a 500-700 bill but got stuck with a 1000$ bill. 170$ per hour for shop time is also a bit high imo, at least for what I was getting done. I do wish they were more transparent.

  Overall, I’ve had a consistently good experience and feel like I’m not being overcharged or pushed for unnecessary repairs. I will say the staff can be a little bit gruff and a little bit slower moving than what I’ve experienced over the years for customer service at other tire stores.

  The guys at the Bend shop are Stellar! Every time they are friendly and go out of their way to help me. Robert is especially helpful! I got tar covering half my tire and not only did they help me pick out new tires they called the place where it happened and talked to the guys there explaining why my tire was ruined. Excellent service!

  While in the process of moving to Washington state for a new job we had tire problems on the trip. We originally went to the guys down the street who wanted to charge us $200+ a tire which there was no way we could afford that on our moving budget. We ended up finding Gills Point down the street they saved the day with an unbelievable deal on 2 tires and amazing customer service allowing us to get back on the road. Definitely the tire shop to go to in Madras.
