  I really appreciate this location. They have great hours and is easy to get to for a downtown location. I can skirt around the traffic headache down there. They are friendly and helpful.

  Fedex is holding on to my package in Bend, Oregon for days and is giving me zero updates. Customer service only tells me what I can already read on their app and hasn’t provided any helpful updates. Your customer service sucks and I wish I could have used another shipping company like UPS.

  What this store did is basically fraud. I shipped an expensive item, and it says it's stuck at a facility in Bend. Ok, well I have the receipt so I can use that number to file a claim right? Nope, you need the account number of the store that sent it. Ok, so call the store right? Nope, their number routes to the corporate line, who for some reason cannot tell me the account number of a specific store. I shipped this while on a trip, and this store is a very long drive from where I live. Please get in contact with me, or post your store account number here.
