  Sam, the assistant manager (at the Oregon Ave location, specifically), was SUCH A SWEETIE!! They handled three different customers- myself, included- at the same time and they did it all with a smile on their wonderful face! It was clearly short-staffed at this location, and Same is CRUSHING IT! They even chatted with me a little bit. So friendly, so personable. Give Sam a raise!!

  fedex driver super lazy, waited all day, canceled all plans to wait for my package and paid over 400$ for fast shipping and drive said they tried to deliver package but never even knocked, also have a ring camera with proof they never showed up and now I have to wait more when I had plans for this package already, super disappointed with this, even offered to pick up the package and they said they aren't open, fedex driver also took a picture of just paper super close up on the box and didn't even leave the paper on the door, just pure laziness, if I could leave a 0 star I would

  Really appreciate the staff at this store. They have always been super helpful and efficient. I have had a lot of work orders go through their printing services and they will call and check if a file isn’t working and help me sort things out. They are also always super friendly and kind when I got in to pick things up.
