  Honestly, if I could give this experience a zero, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went in simply trying to ask questions and get an explanation about my service. I wasn’t being rude. I was just trying to understand what was going on and explaining things to them. Instead of calmly explaining things and helping me, the employee raised his attitude and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way. I mean some people could go through things so I get it. On top of the poor customer service, Switch your damn provider. If not go to a different location of cricket. I’ll be canceling my service and switching to another provider. Extremely disappointing experience. 😂

  I really do like this place this guy named Anthony help me be on and above he saved me from getting a bad phone that could explode that man was awesome thank you for the hook up man

  Noah, the guy who runs this branch, is the man. He is a personable and knowledgable no-pressure salseman. He was super helpful with fixing an issue I'd been having with my phone and made it a pleasant experience. Thanks Noah!
