  Noah, the guy who runs this branch, is the man. He is a personable and knowledgable no-pressure salseman. He was super helpful with fixing an issue I'd been having with my phone and made it a pleasant experience. Thanks Noah!

  A+ To the Sales Rep Sienna, she has the nerves of steel. Her supervisor gets an F! I put a Nokia 3.1 Plus on hold for today, when I arrived at this Cricket store it is at an inflated price over double of what I was quoted. The manager was called and he would only budge $10 dollars on the activation fees. We called Cricket corporate and spoke with a Supervisor and he told Sales Rep and I that the price is $59.99. The manager was called again...he would not budge at all..just the $10.00 on the activation fees. Get this Cricket customers...after being with Cricket for over 14 years, they will not help you or stand up for you! Your time with them or the amount of phones you have on your account mean NOTHING AT ALL!!!
