  Food was cold and taste old very poor sauce and suppost be mild hot but taste like no sauce frys same to much salt on it so if takes 10 to 15 minutes should be hot

  The manager needs to have a talk with the staff about the service. In general you are supposed to be as helpful and positive as possible. Being polite, saying please, and thank you, and in general using a pleasant and respectful tone is the way to be. Perhaps putting a smile on before you go to work is helpful. Basic courtesy and basic respect is in needed.
