  Label for my package was printed but the numbers were smudged. I called and like others stated the owner was very agitated right off the bat. He told me that he can check if it was lost at the end of the day. Due to the value of the item and the fact I had no tracking for 3 days I told him I needed it sooner since I was worried about it potentially being stolen between the store and the ups shipping facility. A few hours later store owner emailed back and stated the tracking number was off by one digit, I promptly apologized even though it was not my mistake. A couple days later the store owner emailed me personally stating I was no longer allowed at the store with a lengthy email about his interpretation of our interaction. Overall I really would not recommend using this store to ship your items especially if they are high value as the owner will not care and if you have concerns he will ban you from even entering the store.

  I've been to several locations. This one will be the one I will use. Friendly knowledgeable staff that are helpful. Larger with more office supplies.

  We had a great experience at this location! Ashwin helped us with a few Amazon returns and shared about the printing services also offered. Highly recommend this location and Ashwin was great!!

  Very good store, the supervisor is so good. I actually had multiple amazon returns, he made the process so easy, and he offered me a free seal to my amazon package.
