  Went inside to get visa photos and I said, "Hi, I need some passport like photos to a different scale and can I please use your restroom so that I can take out my piercings because the rules are a little stricter." A gentleman who turned out to be the owner asked me what I meant by passport like photos and claims "there's no such thing." Luckily, the more knowledgeable agent who helped me before immediately piped up and stated that I'd be able to find what I needed at Walgreens. So I'm on my way out but the owner decides to pick a argument with me and tell me that they don't have what I need, not because of their own software limitations but rather, because what I'm looking for is "a completely different concept" from passport photos. I teach English. Foreign Visa photos are not a different concept from passport photos. They are both considered biometric. The photos I need may have slightly stricter rules as for face visibility or require a different scale but it is not an entirely different concept or idea and it's definitely not something that you pick an argument with over a customer who's now going elsewhere because of your software limitations. Literally no need for that exchange in an attempt to belittle my audacity at asking for them to simply adjust the scale on their cameras.

  I hope this is the store Nick works out of...my review is for him. Nick delivered 11 heavy boxes to my house on Barlow Rd and was wonderful, friendly and kind. UPS should be very thankful to have him in their employ... Thanks Nick!😃

  Very friendly and competent staff. Gave me more information than I requested because I didn't know that I needed it. Good parking. Access in and out not good. Did much more than other similar businesses I have gone to. Wouldn't go anywhere else
