  I hope this is the store Nick works out of...my review is for him. Nick delivered 11 heavy boxes to my house on Barlow Rd and was wonderful, friendly and kind. UPS should be very thankful to have him in their employ... Thanks Nick!😃

  Very friendly and competent staff. Gave me more information than I requested because I didn't know that I needed it. Good parking. Access in and out not good. Did much more than other similar businesses I have gone to. Wouldn't go anywhere else

  Shelby the store manager was incredibly rude. Not a good sign when the manager treats customers this way. Very snarky and dismissive. She needs some customer service training!

  I attempted to return an item to Amazon using a QR code, but the employee refused to process it because it was transmission oil. It was immediately clear to me that I was dealing with an unhelpful and incompetent staff member who was creating problems instead of resolving them. As a result, I decided to go to another nearby UPS location, where - unsurprisingly - there were no issues at all. My item was accepted in less than a minute.
