  I don’t think I’ve ever left a review but I HAD TO! This place and the people who work there are amazing individuals who care about the people that come in. I had issues with a delivery driver not delivering my package and the tracking was coming up as not being available anymore, so I came in to get some help. Right off the bat, I was met with kindness and sincerity. Cheriess I believe her name was (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was so kind and was on a mission to find my package for me! She helped me with customer service loop around, got me a paper and pen to write with, she’s so amazing. I get really anxious in these types of situations and started to shake a little and apologized alot and she put her hand on mine and reassured me that nothing was my fault in this situation. The assistant manager Kristy is also a freaking gem! So dang sweet and attentive, she found the where my package was and gave me all the information to be able to have it held at the facility there with them due to issues with the delivery driver. Everyone here is amazing and I’ll forever ship and do anything with this FedEx store because of them <3 Thank you guy so so much!!

  I called out for an estimated cost of a banner. After 5 minutes of talking I got the cost of one type of banner. All I was told was that they have many options. If I'm asking questions I'm looking for answers. If you can't help me then why would I try to pay you for a service?

  Unfortunately, this office is terrible at dealing with customers and tries every trick in the book to force them to pay more money. The first time I went to them, they refused to accept the package, claiming it was damaged, even though I received it torn. I went a second time after I repaired it myself, but they refused to accept it again. This is the worst office I have ever dealt with.
