  It's nice that this location is near my house, but every time I come in here it's weird vibes. There used to be a manager there and she seemed to be pretty rude to me when I would ask a question, I don't know why, but it was really strange. Some of the other employees there were a hit and miss as well. I had to stop by there yesterday for a quick second and experience the same weird vibes. I would rather go to the location in Lake Oswego, they've always helped me out without making me feel weird about asking questions about the job I needed done.

  Lady with glasses working there was rude and was trying to charge me 11 dollars to mail (regular delivery) a yellow envelope with one paper inside it , went to UPS paid 2$ , she didn’t bother to weight the envelope either. She was also asking questions that weren’t clear. Not sure why she was trying to rip me off .

  Anna and her team are some of the most genuine people I've ever worked with. During such a difficult time, they ensured my family and I were taken care of with honor and integrity. This Fedex Family went above and beyond in their customer service and I am forever grateful for the helpfulness and caring attitudes we have received from them.
