  Brought my Aritzia return in and the guys here were so helpful. Way better than my UPS experiences. Everyone even told me to have a good day. Good place.

  Daniel is awesome, greeted me immediately, told me my tape job was bad and that he would fix it for me. Love to see employees that know their job and want their customers to have a good experience. He probably saved my package from falling apart in shipping and the headache that would come with it.

  I needed to send the shipping label to there email which is understandable and I did. It took 30 seconds to do. The guy that was helping me decided to go off and help out another employee with another customer on a simple tasks and left me waiting longer than I should have for a task that would have taken 5 minutes which than turned into 15-20 due to him not being able to multitask. I had another employee come over and help 10 minutes later who got it done within 1 minute.

  This store is great, and Whitney has always been amazing! She has helped me several times at this store printing things, whether I was having an issue with the self serve printer, or wanting something printed out with assistance. She goes far above and beyond when helping customers and is always so knowledgeable. I think she is awesome! 10 out of 10 stars for her help!
