  Hello, I would like to express my concern regarding my experience with policy cancellations and refund processing. I have had a very frustrating experience. Refunds are not processed correctly, and when I call for assistance, I am transferred from one agent to another. In the end, I am told that they will try to locate the issue, but the system shows no information. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter carefully and provide a clear explanation and resolution as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and assistance. I visited your office in person and requested the cancellation.

  Adli Khatatbeh is the best insurance agency, very professional at his job and very friendly. Always answers phone calls quickly or returns you back as soon as possible. Always helpful with any questions I come up with and quick problem solver.
