As a general rule, I stopped reviewing fast food places a while ago. This one was a special case in the worst way.
Given that this Subway and the Arctic Circle are the only fast food options for people who don’t want to spend a car payment at a local restaurant to feed four people, it was especially frustrating to see one employee working who was openly commenting on how he was going to run out of ingredients. Yup—announcing to no one in particular that he wasn’t going to be able to make anything shortly.
If a manager or owner sees this and wants to do something, the date and time of the visit are below.
2 July, 2026 at about 3:00 PM. Super big bummer.

Went in on 6/30/2026. It was 7:15 sign said open til 9. Only girl working looked up disgustedly and threw her gloves in trash. Open sign was turned off. Asked about it she said we are closing at 8 tonight. She said we do it so people won’t come in. I said but it’s 7:15. She reluctantly made my food, talking about how tired she was. Left and she was hawking the family who was in there eating. 7:30 and open sign was out.

The gentleman working here is an absolute stud. They are lucky to have him!!! The sandwich was fantastic, and he was a big part of making the experience fun and amazing for my family. Thank you!!

Got the meal of the day for $7, and it was pretty delicious! 😋

I try to order ahead whenever eating here, but it really doesn't matter when you put an order in an hour ahead of time only to get to the restaurant and have them tell you they're just about to start making it. If it isn't made yet, why does the tracker say it's ready? And how much notice does this store need? I only get 30 minutes for lunch, if the sandwich isn't going to be ready an hour after I order, I have to find someplace else to eat. Today will be my last time eating here.
