  I just wish the apartment complex would actually do better work of getting stuff done instead of it taking literally a week now and so far my meter is still unlocked when that is pretty dangerous and they have not yet had an inspector come out to look at the work that got done

  Ordered 3 sandwiches online, all 3 were messed up. They added chipotle to my 3 year olds sandwich, only gave me lettuce and onions when I ordered almost all the veggies and put the wrong sauces on the third sandwich. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Ordered through the app. Decided to eat my sandwich there. Got about 2 bites in and felt a very long hair down my throat. Tried to pull it out and it broke off with some still remaining in my mouth. Opened my sandwich and looked in there and I saw more wavy black hair in my sandwich. Asked for a refund and was initially told that they can’t do refunds for orders made in the app. After consulting her manager, they were able to process my refund. Worst part was, both employees today had red hair. Not sure whose long black hair that was. Hopefully they will be more careful in the future
