- NNNic6 days ago1.0I called ahead to make sure I would be able to drop off my package. I understand that places have a closing time and I respect that. With this understand when my GPS informed me I would be spending a additional 5 minutes in traffic and would now arrive at my destination 1 minute after their posted closing time I called the store. When the store answered I told them my situation as asked if they would still be able to take my package. The person at the location told my they should be able to accept it as long as I was here right at closing. I was here package in hand at 7:01 as discussed on the phone call. The door are locked. The people inside won't make eye contact. And when I call back I can hear the phone ringing and clearly see it being ignored. Moving forward I will use another shipping company for my needs. I understand a closing time and if you absolutely can not help me after a postes time that's ok. Just dont lie to me and waist my time. Update. Spoke with a gentleman named Doug and was very rudely informed that the other team member should have not told me they would help me. This is definitely enough for me to never return.

I would be lost with computer and phone problems trying to print but he is very knowledgeable. I so appreciate your staff!
