  Great location, and outstanding service. They were able to resolve the issue I had with transferring my number from a previous phone to a new one easily, but it did cost me $10 to get a new eSim for my new device I simply wanted to transfer existing service to, which wasn't explained anywhere in the Cricket app or online. My only complaint is that AT&T seems to be taking a more active role in the Cricket Operations (since they resell AT&T cellular bandwidth) and when interacting with the people inside, there were a lot of attempts to sell me additional AT&T services I didn't really need.
