  These ladies are absolutely amazing! I stopped in for a watch for my phone, and Julie was just on it! She answered all my questions and even was able to transfer in the watch I wanted quick! Val and Julie helped my through the whole set up process so I was able to walk out ready to go, they truly are so patient and great at their job! Thanks ladies!

  Julie was WONDERFUL the whole 3 HOURS I was trying to get new phones and getting set up. The system froze after taking payment from my bank and Julihad to call both Bread pay AND Cricket help desk SEVERAL times before finally getting things corrected. She never lost her patience, I never witnessed an eye roll and she just kept reassuring me everything would work out. All if this while helping other customers. She was really great and deserves a raise

  Excelente servicio todo el personal muy amable. Julie me ofreció un buen plan telefonía yo tenía problemas con la anterior compañía no me respetaban el plan que tenía un mes hacían un cobro y al siguien ya era otro. Ahora me siento feliz pagando servicios ilimitados a un bajo precio. Los recomiendo al 100%

  Somehow my phone deleted its own SIM card so my phone was completely non responsive. I first stopped at a cricket location we had never been to vefore. They were very friendly and I believe tried everything the sales person could think of to fix the issue but, in the end, was told I would have to use the warranty and be without my phone for about a week. Then we went to the aloha location. Julie Rosales was a lifesaver! It took her half the time we spent at the other loxation to get my phone up and running again! Excellent service as well. Thanks again Julie!
