  We got 2 6 inch sandwiches. The first time, the one sandwich was completely wrong. We went back to get it fixed, they got it wrong again and service worker a girl was extremely rude. Went back to fix it a third time and they made us pay for their own mistake. horrible customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

  Everytime I order my sandwhich online, they always dont add what I request for example the lettuce or olives. I ordered online + delivery to my work and got the wrong sandwhich, customer support sucks, used my points and got charged same amount with my points taken, multiple occasions where they never get my sandwhich right, last summer would've been 5/5 because they did so good but not its complete awful.

  The sandwiches are messy and we had to repeat multiple times what we wanted on the sandwiches some requests not even listened to and the girls were very short and unhappy. The soda machine was also empty of multiple drinks and had to be requested changed.
