  How can an order get messed up when they ask you tell as sammie is made? I asked for cheese on 2 footlongs and got none. 1 was to be toasted and wasnt. Both sammies were to have mustard. Neither did. Then ordered a protein bowl with no lettuce. Bowl was full of it. Extra tomatoes and avacodos. Barely any. Subway is good but this round do disappointing and when trying to complain on app the box for complaint kept checking itself in. This was not an experience I want to repeat

  First AND LAST time I will stop at this subway. I walk in needing to use the restroom before I order. Don't really want to take my lunch into the bathroom with me. I see it requires a combination. Walk over to the counter and the young woman behind the counter barks "restrooms are for customers only". So I say "I'll get in line right after I'm done". She says "yeah well I've heard that before". Like the water used for me to flush and wash my hands comes out of her salary. I tell her "well you just lost my business". What's the problem letting an old grey haired guy use your special restroom ??
