  I took three items in to be delivered to the Yukon store and then they called me today telling me they only charged for two items and had me make more than one call to pay again for the third item. The bad part is the items were pretty large and weighed about 40pounds each and I carried all three of them in the back room and set them on the table for the employees. Very very disorganized and I am extremely disappointed. I won’t be back.

  Had a delightful visit to the Yukon, OK UPS store to get some documents notarized. Great staff and fun place!

  We drive all the way from El Reno (where we have our own UPS store) just to come to this location. Everyone is always SO NICE and so helpful. You guys are amazing!! Keep it up <3

  First time visiting this UPS store and immediately was turned off. The staff were unprofessional and rude. Not helpful, most locations can send email to the store and they print it but this one does not. I was told (mockingly) to use the computer to sign in to my personal email account and print for $1.89. I attempted but the computer had skin cells on it and would not load. I left the store very disappointed in service. Enough toy take the time out of my day to leave a review in hopes that other people will not visit this location. Not deserving of customer service.
