  On July 24, 2026, at approximately 1:30 PM, I visited this Subway location and purchased a sandwich, chips, and a drink with the intention of dining in. Shortly after sitting down, I saw two live cockroaches crawling on the floor near my table. I asked to speak with the manager, but I was told the manager was not on duty. I notified the staff, who came out and swept up the insects. Because of the unsanitary conditions, I asked for my meal to be packaged to go. Unfortunately, the experience got even worse when I got home. The bread was stale, the vegetables tasted old and were not fresh, and the food quality was so poor that I couldn’t eat it. This was a very disappointing experience. A restaurant should provide a clean environment and serve fresh food. I hope management addresses the sanitation issues, improves pest control, and ensures customers are served fresh ingredients.

  Charged me for an online order but wouldn’t give me my food, refund, or a number to call to get a refund. The manager wouldn’t help and was completely useless and just suggested I wait a few days and if the charge doesn’t drop he would look into it. I asked how they are going to refund if they can’t find my order and crickets.

  the employees who work here recently are amazing they make my subs perfectly every time ! the young man who makes the sandwiches is really nice and the young lady who worked the register was sweet :)

  Doesn't accept coupons and drowned my sandwich in a sauce I specifically asked not to be on my sandwich.
