  The store employees are rude I bought a phone and with in three days the phone was giving me problems it won't connect to Wi-Fi the first three days that I had it but they will not take the phone back because I didn't have the box but it was brand new and with everything it came with and now the headphone Jack does not work so now I have to pay 150 for the insurance and it is bull I have two lines with cricket and pay alot but I am going to just switch to a different carrier
