I had a wonderful experience staying at Best Western Plus. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The hotel offered great amenities, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful.
The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations from check-in to check-out. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I stayed at this hotel for over 100 nights for work, and my experience was consistently excellent. The entire staff was welcoming and professional from day one. Every morning I was greeted by the desk clerk with "good morning" and every evening I was greeted with "Welcome back", which made the extended stay feel much more personal.
Rebecca, the manager, went above and beyond helping me navigate issues with my companys third party booking company and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Her professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.
The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was good with a nice variety.
No need to drive to Shawnee, Seminole or Ada for lodging. Wewoka has a gem.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for work or leisure and would gladly stay here again.

Was visiting family in Holdenville. This was not far away, just a few minutes. It was clean, the complimentary breakfast was good, and the staff were nice and personable. Will stay again when we come back to visit.

Charged me 221.99 for no reason and then kept my 100 dollar deposit when. It didn't go through. They're blaming it on Expedia. Hung up on me and disconnected the phone. Stick to Airbnbs. We called for two days asking about the refund. Each time, the front desk insisted it was an Expedia charge, not theirs, and hung up on us repeatedly. We contacted Best Western corporate, where we also encountered pushback about the charge origin. Only after requesting a supervisor did corporate call the hotel directly and discover the truth — it was Best Western's error. They refunded us immediately once they investigated. The lack of accountability and repeated hanging up made an already frustrating situation worse. We were patient and persistent, but we shouldn't have had to fight this hard for what was rightfully ours."
