  The staff here is great. My problem is the pizza place next door. There is someone who works that is so loud I heard the entire conversation. The language she used and subjects she talked about were nasty. Not to mention she was sitting outside and I had to step OVER her to even get into Cricket! Its nothing against Robbin but that is something I do not want to deal with when doing business.

  I just want to take a minute to leave a well deserved review for Cricket Wireless in Weatherford, Oklahoma and especially for Robin. She is absolutely fantastic. This is the second time she has helped me, and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. Normally, I hate going in to deal with phone stuff especially when it involves getting a new phone. It’s usually stressful trying to remember passwords, logging into all my accounts, transferring everything over, and just hoping nothing gets messed up. It can honestly feel like a huge headache. But Robin makes the entire process incredibly easy. She’s calm, professional, patient, and just genuinely good at what she does. What I appreciate most is her vibe. She’s super professional but in a relaxed, down to earth way that makes you feel comfortable instead of rushed or overwhelmed. She takes her time, explains things clearly, and makes sure everything is set up correctly before you walk out the door. I never feel pressured or confused just taken care of. Both times I’ve come in, she’s made what is normally a stressful situation feel smooth and simple. That kind of service is rare, and it really makes a difference. Customer service like that is the reason people come back. This review is honestly the least I can do to say thank you. Robin, I truly appreciate you and the way you handle your job. You make it easy for people like me who don’t look forward to dealing with phone changes. I’ll definitely be back next time I need anything.
