  Me and my sister walked in around 1 o clock and a gentleman walked in after us, it seemed like he didnt speak English, he asked for a cup and she started berating on him saying the cup was only for water but the man didn't know that, me and my sister felt so bad for the man, I think the lady's name was Casey but im not sure, i just hope the man is okay.

  SLOW!!!!! Ordered online 20 minutes ahead. I get there and haven't even started. Took a total of 30 minutes to fix a freaking sandwich.... late getting back from lunch

  Arrive at establishment was not welcomed in but was told that it’s going to be a long wait Cause I have a big order. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Basically told to leave.

  Heather is absolutely phenomenal, patient, great spirit and fantastic attitude! I watched her single handle make over 25 sandwiches by her self, manage online orders, and answer the phone while keeping her attitude positive!!! She needs help, but she deserves a raise!!!
