Unfortunate and worst experience EVER!! 😒😒 I had ordered from online. Despite placing our order 20 minutes ahead of time. When we arrived to pick up our meals, the lady at the counter was extremely rude. It was as if she had no record of our order, which was quite frustrating. We tried to explain that we had ordered in advance. To make matters worse, an older man, possibly the manager, joined the conversation. Instead of assisting us, he displayed what I can only describe as the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We spent 15 minutes arguing, trying to convince them to make our meals. We had receipts, checked for correct location, and called ahead of time. After 15mins of our lunch time we decided that it wasn't worth our time to continue. We walked out without our meals, frustrated by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I hope they can improve in the future for the sake of other potential customers.
Great food, great service, and I got my order promptly

The best experience I have had at a Subway. Great customer service. Very kind gentlemen helped us. The food was fresh. Easy parking. The new specials saved us a lot of money thank you.

My dad and I ordered a to go order and it is completely wrong. Wrong bread, wrong toppings. Asked for extra olives and got a total of 4 on the sandwich. Whole sandwich was warm??? Why are we warming up cold ingredients when it’s just supposed to be the bread, but the bread isn’t even toasted? Both of our sandwiches are also almost completely flat?
