Allstate is a scam, I had a claim with them, they telling me they will cover what it’s on my policy, said send the evidence wi will update the estimate.. and they did but when everything gets finished , they don’t to do the payment, they said we don’t approve when everything is by city code. I have all the evidence.. they just want me do it all the repairs from my money.. don’t make any sense to have insurance if you going to use your money when you need them Allstate is a scam, I had a claim with them, they telling me they will cover what it’s on my policy, said send the evidence wi will update the estimate.. and they did but when everything gets finished , they don’t to do the payment, they said we don’t approve when everything is by city code. I prefer to go with other company.. I do not recommend Allstate…

Alex and his team continue to go above and beyond for me. Easy painless service with the upmost, customer first mentality I have ever had with an insurance company. If you are looking for a provider who doesn’t just treat you like a number on a spread sheet, then look no further. They handle all of my insurance needs and provide incredible value! Thanks Alex

My mom and I never want to go to another agent besides Alex Martinez + company! He and his team always goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are well-taken care of, and more importantly (to us), he always takes the time to make sure we understand all aspects of our financial decisions. Even with a bad wreck that All-State had to settle on, we continually felt looked after.

Alex recently got my car insured through a collector car insurance company he works with. Excellent and quick service and now my car is protected for the market value and not just the kbb or nada value which is much lower than reasonable.
