  Alex recently got my car insured through a collector car insurance company he works with. Excellent and quick service and now my car is protected for the market value and not just the kbb or nada value which is much lower than reasonable.

  If I could, I wouldn’t even give a half star, please save your time and money with this office. I’m glad they did what they did because I had been with them for over 6 years and now that they change ownership with Alex Martinez I was over paying. They told me to go somewhere else and I did, and thank goodness I did, I ended up finding a way, way better price on a different insurance, now I even save money, like a lot. The whole problem started because I owned more then 3 cars, they asked if my daughter was driving, I said no, my daughter don’t even live with us anymore more, she lives in college, they were so rude and saying that I have to provide her information, “ no I don’t “. They went and cancelled my policy and opened up a new one with my daughter on it, something I didn’t approve. They over charged me, of course now they over charged a deposit too, just because they can. I call 1800- and report them, then they removed my daughter with no problem, they transfer me with the office of Alex Martinez and he answered the phone, I was respectful and I said I wanted to cancel my policy, he was very rude and he said “ you need to sign a document, when you do , then we talk” hang up the phone on me. I call 1800- again, and told them what happened, told them, I didn’t want to talk to him or that office, they canceled my policy in seconds, no problem. Now Alex Martinez send me an email that I owe them $210, for no reason. I call 1800- again and they check, I don’t owe them nothing, I have my account autopay , so all my moths where pay on time, never late, 1800- told me I don’t owe them anything, the $210 is something the that office is charging and they don’t know what, that I have to call them, so now I have to deal with them. I think I will lose $210 , they need it more I guess. But as you can see in this review, I’m not the first one or the last one, many people who they have lots of complaints about this office. I will encouraged you To not let stuff like this happens to anybody, no one can add or force you to add any one to your policy with out your permission “ that is illegal “ how do I know? Because I went to the Oklahoma insurance department, now I will try my best so they can stop this to happen to others family. They will take action, also lawyers. They told by the phone, if you don’t like it “ canceled “ so they got what they wanted.! I cancel my policy “ thank you, now I save money every month “ best decision ever. Thank you for encouraging me to leave your office ALEX MARTINEZ
