  Worst service ever, I’m from Kansas City came here to get food and the cashier manager was so rude like he didn’t want us to eat there so he wouldn’t have to do the work. Ridiculous honestly. Stop hiring people who obviously aren’t good at customer service.

  I just placed a DoorDash order. I spent alot of money on it just for them to mess it up and not even give me all my items. I ordered drinks never even got straws. Just a half job. Service is horrible will never order again from here.

  It's so annoying having to go back because something's always missing from your order. And then getting home to find your wings are raw and your veggie sticks are almost empty is so disappointing. I'll definitely stop ordering from this restaurant. 👎

  So I was treated horribly & unfairly at this establishment when I tried to cancel my order that I waited an hour and a half for. They also called the police on me after I Showed them my confirmation number & receipt to reorder!! The Irate Black male manager here Yelled multiple times, This is my store, This is my store, while the workers Banged dishes around leaving me in confusion. I’ve never had any prior issues here before. The older Mexican women here who I tried to speak to first, was gaslighting me the whole time about my order the whole time. Especially 10 minutes after I got there I received this while the irate black male manager continued to minipulate and yell at me for canceling my order so I could reorder. I ask him for my money and he kept threatening me with the police? I’m baffled honestly.These people didn’t Ruin wingstsop for me .Im Gonna continue to munch on wingstop because after I experienced this, I realized Good food really isn’t the problem anymore.
