  Always has a long wait they say your order will be done in 20 - 30 mins I've wait an hour for food to not even be started

  Ordered at 8:40pm. It’s 10 pm now and my order is still not ready apparently. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t bother trying to call and check on your order because they won’t even pick up the phone. An hour and 20 min later my order is finally “being bagged”. Which took another 10 min. If you’re looking for fast service find another place because this one ain’t it. Food was cold by the time I got it and Missing a whole combo meal. Whoever’s running this place needs to be fired. Worst wingstop experience ever. Don’t bother waisting your money. You’ll be happy you went elsewhere.

  We ordered 120 wings and they were so kind about the very large order! Very nice staff!

  Holy... They need to shut this place down. They gave my order to someone else. The second one was wrong, so I had to go back. The third time, they gave me the wrong size and missing items. The wings weren't even cooked, there was no seasoning on the fries, and no sauce on the wings. They don't wear gloves, they touch their hair and then grab the food. The management is horrible, a fifth grader could manage it better.

  One of the male workers was extremely rude to my teenage daughter tonight when she went to get her order from the pick up shelf. They called her name and she went to pick it up as she usually does and a male employee scolded her in front of everyone. He said she has to ask for someone to get it and was extremely rude. She came home bawling her eyes out. You never know who might be having a rough time. She’s still very young and going out into the world doing things on her own for the first time, and creating that kind of experience for a customer of any age is just unacceptable. And the food is always greasy and disgusting. I don’t even know why she likes it.
