  IF I COULD ZERO STAR I WOULD! pray your package never runs into issues when you have shipped from here. they never and i mean never answer their phone. hands down the worst shipping service combined with terrible store front service. avoid at all costs

  Staff was extremely kind, helpful, and very considerate in assisting me with all of my needs. I very much appreciated David Arnett- the store manager for his impeccable professionalism and service that he and The UPS store staff provided.   I would give them less than 1🌟 its under new management and it has become worse and I did let them know before I posted. Funny enough because they didn't care my last words before leaving was this place they never answers the phone. To make my point I waited five minutes than called... it rang over 50 times so I started walking into the store phone to my ear and the same long term employee that got his store a 1 🌟 ran over and picked up the phone. Your fired.
