    Super easy to place a copy order, excellent communication, staff were friendly & knowledgeable, quick turnaround time & price was great! Will be doing more business with this UPS store!

    If I could give no stars, I would. My letter/package was out for delivery 6/12, now it has been delayed and has not been scanned since. No one can tell me where it's at. I paid extra for it to arrive 6/12!! Still not seen it and no one is helping me!! I've asked to pick it up, but they don't know where to send me. I've called several times and told them that this package is vital and my livelihood depends on it but they don't care!! SO DO NOT USE UPS TO SHIP ANYTHING!!! EVER!!! THEY APPARENTLY DO NOT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO DO ANYTHING THAT IS NEEDED!! GO WITH FEDEX!!!

    IF I COULD ZERO STAR I WOULD! pray your package never runs into issues when you have shipped from here. they never and i mean never answer their phone. hands down the worst shipping service combined with terrible store front service. avoid at all costs
