    I use to like this store. But after having a item damaged during shipping this store has been very rude to me. The girl that handled my claim (tina) even lied to me about filing a 2nd claim. It wasn't until I called the ups 1800 number that I found out it never was filled. Once I confronted her about it, she tried to justify it by explaining there was no point as it would be denied again. But what frustrates me the most is that was I lied to and talked to rudely. I took my package home to file my 2nd claim. And I will never set foot in that store AGAIN! I will also be filling with the BBB Also stay clear of ups insurance as it is a joke in its self.
