  Dear UPS Management, I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I received at your store on Saturday, July 11, 2026. & The 13th My experience with an employee named Hannah was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon entering the store, Hannah failed to greet us or even look up from what she was doing. She ignored us until a UPS driver pointed out that customers were waiting. Her attitude remained dismissive throughout the encounter, and she ultimately failed to provide me with the correct receipt for my transaction. Furthermore, she had posted a sign stating that she could not process drop-offs or returns, causing several paying customers with heavy packages to be turned away. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure that the quality of service at this location improves.   1 star because the store literally does not exist. I mean if you go to this location at 7331 S Olympia Avenue there will not be a UPS store here at all.

  Matter how good they are, if they say they have a notary on their website they should driving all the way across town to this location when I could’ve went where I was is not good business
