  Erlinda was AMAZING! I was returning Amazon purchases. This was my first experience and it was frustrating. I was rude and upset. She kept calm and patient with me helping me thru the situation. She made sure I got them all processed and was friendly with a smile the entire time. I apologized to her and thanked her but wanted to publicly apologize and thank her. She is what customer service should be. Thank you Erlinda. You improved my day.

  I’m a senior and came in with a large box with three different items to return. Was wanting help but the young lady said she was busy ! rather harshly . Told me to go to the self kiosk. I said I would report her and she said FINE! The larger item wouldn’t fit in any of the bags so finally the main lady assisted to some point. Don’t think I’ll use this store again.

  Huge thank you to Orlenda and Taylor from this UPS store. Google Maps sent me to the wrong spot, so I ended up rolling in right before closing. Usually, people are pretty short with you at the end of the day, but they were so patient and kind. They got me in and out fast, and because of them, my mom’s Mother’s Day gift is going to make it on time. Thank you both so much!

  The above and beyond service I received at the store today from a clerk that was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful to even with a long line, that she quickly and without fuss worked through! 💪🏻
