  I’m a senior & my husband past away recently, so I needed help getting my mail in voting ballots notarized & mailed, & going Logan to be so Courageous & patient!   They didn't tell me they don't accept UPS coupons until I brought in my shred load. There was no notice of this fact anywhere. I was told they didn't have to have one. This makes it "Bait and Switch." They said they called Michael to see if they took the coupons, but I don't think they got ahold of him but faked it. They also tried to charge me for my boxes I used to carry the shred papers until I made a fuss. The several other times I have been in over the past 3 weeks when their shred bin was full they were nice. It was finally empty today.

  Emily and Karla are lazy, and not helpful. I purchased tape which they confirmed the razor didn’t work and the tape kept tearing. I finally asked if I needed to tape the label as they both stood there doing nothing. Then said I didn’t need that. Okay glad I bought this waste of money and it doesn’t even work. The only one remotely useful is Brandi.
