Owner is hateful. I was told not to go. But I didn't listen. First time store was supposed to open at 11 and was closed when I arrived around 1145. 2nd time I came with specific instructions from AT&T and she had her own way to do transaction. Her way failed. I told l her I had a bar code to scan and she said my instructions were 8 years old and she didn't need to scan my barcode. She did you either have the wrong equipment or set it up wrong. I looked at the serial number on the equipment and the serial number in the email (with the barcode she refused to scan) and they matched. Account number and everything yet she refused. I left with my equipment and will take somewhere else. Definitely will not be back. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND.
The worst customer service experience I’ve had at this location. This employee displayed a very poor attitude, was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed little to no concern for customers. If someone does not want to do their job or treat customers with basic respect, they should not be representing the company.
What’s even more disappointing is that corporate appears to be ignoring these ongoing issues. After reading multiple negative reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident, yet nothing seems to change. Customers deserve better treatment, better professionalism, and a company that actually listens when concerns are raised. This happen few weeks ago from today

I called this UPS store because the 15/Lewis Office Depot lost my printing order, and this location was on my way to work. Deborah answered and said that she could print what I needed while I waited, something that the Office Depot person could not do. I arrived, and Deborah and I got to work. It did not take long before I had my order. Friendly, dependable service--it's what I needed today, and Deborah's store delivered! I will be back.

I inquired about business mailboxes at the UPS Store in The Shoppes on Peoria today. After sharing the pricing, the older Black woman helping me added, “They’re business boxes,” in a tone that implied I couldn’t possibly be a business owner.
Later, I stopped by the Harvard location and received nothing but respect, clarity, and genuine customer service from the gentleman working there. Same question, two completely different experiences.
I pay attention to energy. It tells you everything.
I will be using the UPS on Harvard to handle my business affairs this lady didn't think I had. You never know who you're talking to and what may come of an interaction.
