  This UPS Store is awful. The customer service is extremely rude, especially the older black women employee I spoke with today. I’ve now had TWO Amazon returns dropped off at this location that were "misplaced" and never made it to Amazon. When I called to address the latest issue, I was met with nothing but rudeness and an attitude and given no help. This store is always a mess and they never seem to have the right amount or sizes of bags for Amazon returns. If you can avoid dropping your packages off here and use Whole Foods or another location instead, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO IT. I will never use this location again.

  The place was clean & organized. The service was friendly & helpful. The prices were reasonable & the location is very convenient.

  They were able to help me with what I needed. But the wait was long because they only have one worker. I feel like they should have more help. But the lady working was very nice and helpful over all.
