  Really weird service when I went there. They told me I required an ID to ship which has never been required of me before at different UPS locations. Just went to another location to ship and they also thought it was really strange.

  Have used this store for several years. Went in 6/3/26 @ 11:30 with two items that would require packaging. The gut at the counter informed me he could not build a package and that I needed to go to the box store. This location has ALWAYS constructed boxes when needed. Totally disgusted with the employee

  I had an Amazon return that my daughter sent me the label to do it for her. The person who I spoke to told me I had to print the label and stick to the box. I was confused and asked him if I had to print the label at home and come back and his answer was yes. I left and called my daughter and she let me know they would've been able to print there as they are also a printing service. All I had to do is probably pay $0.50, which would've been fine by me. How come the person couldn't even be bothered to let me know? How hard is that? Just a little customer service and little goodwill and I wouldn't have to drive back home with the package. The person for sure needs to be retrained in order to provide a better customer experience.

  I was already having a terrible day when I walked in, and the gentleman behind the counter very nicely impatiently explained that my package was a USPS package. He then explained that he would happily take care of it for me, and taped it up for me, at no cost. This location will have my loyalty until I die.
