Now I see why there score is so low rude unprofessional they think cause they work on the nice side of Tulsa they can act like this ups should really reevaluate this place

i’ve been using this store at 1611 S. Utica for many years and I just wanna say thank you to the staff. They are working as hard as they can people show up. They don’t have correct information. They don’t have their packages together. It creates confusion but their patience from staff is remarkable and I wanna say to CAT (Employee) You are awesome and thank you for working for UPS

As other reviews have stated, the ladies working there are glacially slow and a bit snarky. Why would you leave the counter for 5 minutes while the line is 4 people deep and not bother a courtesy “be right with you”? Then you come back and we all see you just tinkering with boxes and moving them around with not a care in the world while we all watch you. No one has any sense of urgency or customer service here. Go to literally any other UPS but this one.

I usually always give good reviews but sometimes I have to leave bad ones because as a store manager I know how people should be treated! I rarely give a 1 unless everything was just terrible. When I say these two ladies should not be there I am not exaggerating! You should review videos of how these two ladies are. I personally would have given the woman who helped us (the one on the north side register)a 2 but that is just because she wasnt as rude as the woman on the right. I totally understand customer service in person is hard. I understand there are rude people. I do! I get that! We walked in to the location at 1600 block of S Utica on Thursday May 21st 2026. It was at 2:25pm when I paid on the north side register but I came in about 5 to 8 minutes before that. One customer told me I could go 1st but this first lady (on the south side register) was rude and said quickly I will be awhile but if its amazon you can go downstairs. I asked how do I get downstairs and she looked at me like an idiot and pointed towards a printer three steps down. Of course it didnt work! I didnt have a QR code. So, I lost my place in line and had to wait even longer. Not her fault but assuming is never a good thing. This woman almost had me in tears with how rude she was. No smile..you could tell she hated her job. They both took forever and I was praying I got the other woman cause that woman looked like she was so mad we were there. I was scared to ask her to help me! I finally get called over and this lady to the north register did not look like she liked her job. She was so mad! I asked if i had to go print my label she said email it to us here and slammed her finger on the computer and looked at me like an idiot. She turned and went to the computer which I got charged $4 for printing the label and taping the box. I get it..its a way to make money wasnt mad just kind of thrown back because I mean I had tape in the car, she didnt give me that option but I was too scared to tell her to take it off. I dont have a mean bone in my body! Review the tape if you have security cams. Obviously if the reviews are under 4.0 its obviously the employees! My daughter was with me and she couldnt believe people in customer service looked that mean and treated customers like that! I never felt welcomed in that store! I was never asked if that was all..no one said hi..I didnt get 1 smile. No one in the store, while I was there, got a half smile or any smile! I was there for awhile. I work customer service! Manager at that. I have done customer service in person for over 30 years. Why do you still have them there? I will not be returning because I never got a smile..never got told thank you..have a great day..please come back..nothing! I heard the word screamed, "next!" Seriously!? I didnt even know i was done! I watched the interaction that the other woman (south side register who was also rude) had with her customer and she was doing the same. If you have a negative Nancy working with you, then everyone working with them becomes negative, down, and not happy! I honestly have never seen two people so negative, mean, and unhappy at their jobs! I have over the phone but not in person. If the owner actually cares about their business then something should be done! They are ruining that business and thr owner needs to look at their stars! You need to have some secret shoppers go in there or just watch them and see how they act. I cannot believe they are in the customer service business. I have never been scared to order something or almost cried because I was mailing a package off. My daughter wont even go inside ups or the post office or Walmart for me. She thinks someone will be rude to her. I dont even know why I am writing this review. Obviously people have complained before and they see their reviews are at 2 and they arent changing anything. Customer service is the number 1 thing you need to focus on! They are not cutting it. If you do read this and take me serious then thank you. Have a great day!

This is the second time in a week I have visited a UPS facility. Encountered rude, unhelpful attitude both places. This lady was aggressive about it. Don't think I will order anything else that has to come through UPS. US Post office is slow, but at least they are friendly.
