  This location regularly delivers my packages to the wrong house. I don’t use UPS anymore, but occasionally when I buy things on line it comes via ups. More often than not the package is delivered to the wrong house. I’ve called the regional office to get this problem sorted but there’s never been an improvement. Most unreliable delivery service in my area. It must a completely incompetent staff here, because no other courier has a problem finding my location.

  Quick and efficient. Not especially friendly but not rude, either, as others have experienced. I've been using this store for a little over a month since I moved into a building with a secure entrance that makes it difficult to receive packages on site. Will continue to use this place.
