    The gentleman named Kevin made my sandwich and it was one best subs i ever had!! He was also very patient with my order and questions and just came off as a very kind soul. That's second time he's waited on me and he's a delight and sandwich has been spot on delicious both times so I felt need leave him a review!! Thanks Kevin for wonderful subs and your kindness ❤️

    Came to pick up my online order in store an as soon as walk in the doors attitudes from the employees were unacceptable in any setting. An when I approached the man behind the counter he didn't say how can I help you all I got was a What an I told him my sandwich was wrong could he remake it an he refused. I proceed to ask him how he would like to enjoy cold frozen meat when asked to be toasted? He said he wouldn't like it but still refused to do anything about this situation an told me to leave. Now I'm not sure if things have changed that much around the world but if I come inside with product in hand an a receipt of purchase wouldn't you do what the customer ask especially when they even tipped. Well not this store. He told me that no manager was on duty an that that store didn't have a manager at all. But to sum it up bad customer service skills bad bread hard as a rock an employees who are rude an hostile. Don't recommend unless under new management.

    No one will answer the phone within store hours. I've called several times this evening and no one will pick up!

    The absolute worst subway in all of Tulsa Oklahoma. Very rude service and we placed our order online and 30 minutes later we wait another 30 minutes for it to be made. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I won’t come back until they hire help.
