  I ordered online for an Italian bmt footlong. Took a bit and there were tons of plastic strings in the sandwich. I called the store asking for a replacement or a refund and said they couldn’t do anything because no boss or manager was there. They said it was an issue with the casing on their meat, which I get but just chewing on a bunch of string was unapatizing and just frustrated there was no way to get a replacement or refund

  Subways are always nice on the inside. But the lady making my food had a serious attitude. I had 4 simple ingredients for a sandwich and she was just snippy the whole time. Fast forward to getting home and taking my first bite. There's plastic on the pepperonis, Like they didnt take it out of the plastic before cutting it up. I don't know this is not edible and i surely will not be returning. Food and service was terrible. Maybe don't work in customer service if you're not going to be nice to people when serving them.

  I left a review 1 week ago and again I'm going to have to leave another review. Was too busy flirting with the guy in the back to even put meatballs in the microwave and is putting her forearms all over the bread didnt even wash her hands. I worked for subway for 3 years. Its a easy job The black girl with long braids(which should be pulled back according to the oklahoma health department) bad attitude and bad employee. Absolutely disgusted about how downhill this store has gone
