  Rude workers most of the time, new nice people never stay. Food is usually cold when we pick it up, even when we have to wait in the car for it to be finished because they mark it as done when it isn't. Last time it was cold, my boyfriend took the sandwiches back in to be redone. He eats just meat and cheese, just needs toasted more, mine had veggies AND THEY TOASTED IT WITH THEM ON IT. I'm glad I only tip after the service and not during the ordering process, that money could never buy the common sense these people need. The ONE good thing I can say, their rotisserie chicken is better than other Subways.

  Walked in to get a Turkey and Ham sub, wanted mayo on it and they run out of it while making it. So guy says "Give me 5 minutes" and comes back looking sweaty and drained. When he got to pouring the mayo on the sub and it looked off and slimey. For some odd reason I heard grunts of pain in the back while he refilled the sauce. I just remember him saying to the short African lady "tank is empty boss" while winking at her with the bottle in hand.
