  Subway really let me down this time. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a sour, unwilling look. Plus, the restroom was CLOSED—how is that even possible? My daughter couldn't hold it anymore, so she went into the men's restroom, and the employees on duty shouted at us that the restrooms were already closed... at 6 PM... Please, a customer should never be denied access to a restroom, let alone a CHILD. We left that location and went to the Subway on 15th and Yale instead... the ladies at the Yale location were very nice... but the Subway on Peoria has disappointed me 😞.

  Got here and these young ladies had a go through the drive thru sign. Waited in line for 30 minutes, No one took my order at the menu. No one came to window for the car in front of me and the person in the car just sat there. I wanna say they knew each other a little to calm for me. This is like the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this location. I’ve been craving subway is why I waited so long and didn’t want to drive 15 minutes to another location. To just come to work not expecting to work. Than to just Sit on the clock because you don’t wanna make sandwiches and that’s your job is insane. I see why people go more than out their way because of this location. Will NOT be back. These young black ladies know what their doin. Sad excuse.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The two employees were very disrespectful and unprofessional. The restaurant was one of the dirtiest places I’ve visited—the dining area was not clean, and there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the store. What was even more frustrating was that they refused to let customers use the restroom, even though I was a paying customer. Their explanation was that it was not a public restroom, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone. I hope management addresses the cleanliness and customer service issues.
