  So much confusion system down telling people they had to go to airport and telling some they didn't then I had a label on there system couldn't print it out with out me doing all the work because they have no access drove to far for all that.

  DANIELLE!!!!!! She was so awesome!!! Post these places make me feel dumb for not automatically knowing cus, services, prices, etc... She held my hand like it was my first day of training, helped me understand everything (dumb veteran with brain injury lol). She even gave some tips and tricks on saving a little money too!!! FedEx is awesome but now this is my only store and only when Danielle is working lol
