  asked them to scan and print several pages from an ancient Blackburn Oklahoma newspaper. The full size prints were beautiful. They also placed the scan on a USB thumb drive. They called me when it was ready. I’m very happy with that FedEx Office. Not my first visit there.

  Staff was great. Was having a bad week, my computer, printer and wifi have all given my issues this week. The staff helped me complete my task and get my order shipped. Will be back just cause of the customer service.

  Deplorable experience. I would strongly recommend taking your printing needs literally anywhere else. My experience with this FedEx Office location was extremely disappointing, particularly due to the customer service I received from Sarah, who I believe also was the assistant manager according to her name tag. She was rude, disinterested, and seemed completely uninterested in helping throughout the entire interaction. The experience felt unnecessarily difficult from start to finish. I was also disappointed to learn that they would not accept a partial payment, which made the situation even more frustrating and payment pricing was not made clear to me before hand, I have had my comp cards made here before , and was charged $25 for 10, which is much more reasonable than what I payed. Unfortunately, the final product did not justify the price either. I paid approximately $30 for only five pieces of cardstock, and the print quality was mediocre at best. The images came out blurry and lacking the quality I expected, especially considering how much I was charged. For $30, I expected professional-quality printing and at least a basic level of customer service. Instead, I left feeling like I had overpaid for an underwhelming product and an unpleasant experience. Save yourself the money and frustration — go literally anywhere else for your printing needs!!!!!
