I enrolled in a bundled home and auto insurance policy with this company in January 2025. During the sales process, I was not informed of a significant limitation related to roof coverage that I have now discovered.
Specifically, the company applies a depreciation-based adjustment to roof coverage—referred to as “roof surface enforcement”—where reimbursement decreases as the roof ages (for example, approximately 67% coverage at 11-year old roof, decreasing further each year). This materially impacts the value of the policy, yet I have not found clear documentation of this provision in the materials provided to me at the time of enrollment.
This type of policy condition should be clearly disclosed upfront, as it directly affects a homeowner’s expectations in the event of a claim. Transparency in coverage details is essential for informed decision-making.
I will be contacting the company to request clarification and to have this provision removed or adjusted. I intend to update this review based on how the matter is handled.
I encourage other customers to carefully review their policy details—particularly any provisions related to roof coverage and depreciation—to ensure they fully understand the terms of their coverage.

Don't use Diamond Agency. You will be glad you avoided this insurance agency.
Went to get a quote from a competitor and realized that this agency has had us on an inaccurate policy this entire time - discrepancies such as 1800sq ft vs 2100 sq ft (actual) and 50%shingles/50% brick vs all brick (actual). They also had the wrong “residential” and “garaging address,” and updating it this morning myself caused my premium to increase. Yikes. No wonder why it was cheaper. We will be looking to cancel ASAP.

I emailed one of the agents trying to get a quote over a week ago. They emailed back initially, but I haven’t heard from them in a week now and never even received a quote. I tried emailing again a few days ago and still no response. My homeowners insurance is up for renewal so I’m on a time crunch.
