  Also this is my second account Katie Parsons is my other, where is the introduction and store etiquette? Namtags or how about just knowledge on the actual services and products that can be verified per the fine print and contracts. And NEVER would I able someone with no obvious ability to do my job better than me activate my phone nor is it a "company policy" like cricket claims. That puts liability on the representative if something goes wrong. Seriously like business practices and I've offered my services but clearly discussion offices or the actually corporate

  What part of this store or employee interaction is at all professional or legal for that matter. Considering I have team a cell phone store ( Lionel Iglesias and Carlos Hernandez T-Mobile 61st and memorial) check my BBB RATING. UNAWARE AS TO WHY SOMEONE ILLEGALLY USING MY ID CAN SET UP AM ACCOUNT ON MY MAKE THEN CRICKET DENNY ME ACCESS TO THE ACTUAL ACCOUNT ONLINE IN STORE OR THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE HMMMM 🤔
