The only reason I rated this Cricket store 1 star is because they were open and not real hard to find.
The service absolutely sucks!
The attendant knew zilch about Cricket customer service and even less about their service or products. I came here from Ohio were customer service is extraordinary. They actually consider customer experience above anything else...and as everyone knows a happy customer is a return customer, which translates to more revenue. Where as a disatisfied customer is less likely to return and more than likely (which is happening as you read this) going to do their very best to not take this to the employees manager (who should have made sure their employee was better trained in customer service) but to the loyal customers that frequent this store so they may discover they the customer are in fact the boss of any company or corporation. The attendant could not do much as change a screen protector which in Ohio the sales agents in the Cricket stores are more than happy to change for the cost of the screen protector itself.
Let me end by stating that ALL managers of Tulsa, Ok. Cricket stores should be required to be trained in customer service by those stores (in Ohio) that actually put value in customer service and strive to keep customers by helping them to be happy being a Cricket customer. I'm simply not bad mouthing the attendant. She was just not trained in customer service and was definitely not trained in Cricket policy.
So Manager of the Cricket store at 31st S. & Garnet Rd., in Tulsa, Ok., go to a real Cricket store in the North East and learn customer value and how to appreciate customer value.
If I was cricket I'd fire every manager in Tulsa that was unwilling to go to Ohio for retraining in customer service, customer appreciation, customer experience and all customer service skills.
Tulsa store managers.... You DO NOT rule the company the company rules you!! And the customer is always right because without valued customers NO business can thrive.
