I waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru. No response at all when I got tired of waiting I drove around and seen inside and the workers were just talking and laughing. I will not be stopping here again. Subway Do better!

I am rarely one to leave negative feedback, but the experience my partner and I had at this location tonight was genuinely alarming. At approximately 9:15 PM, the two staff members on duty created an environment that was not only hostile but fundamentally unsafe.
The level of aggression was disturbing; they were actively shouting at and belittling customers. Beyond the verbal disrespect, the lack of basic sanitary protocols was the most appalling part of the visit. Seeing "food preparation" handled with such total disregard for hygiene was stomach-turning.
We walked out feeling shocked that a major franchise would allow this level of conduct. This wasn't just "bad service"—it was a complete breakdown of food safety and human decency. I expect a follow-up from management regarding the staff working this specific shift.

Legit the worst dining experience of my life. Last night around 8:30 we stopped in for food as a family of course. I could tell when we got inside and they started legit shouting at us “only cash, no bigger bills than 20s…how many subs..” like yelling rudely. Dude. Moment I say 3 they started legit shouting chunking stuff around to finish up the customer in front of me. Every single question ‘what type of bread’ huffs and slams the door shut on the bread. I mean every ingredient. Eyes rolling. Dark disturbing comments. I mean I have never. I had two littles with me getting uncomfortable and scared. It took everything to finish and not just walk out. I tried multiple ways of being kind to see if they just had a bad day or something. The sandwiches were falling apart because they were thrown together literally so badly. While making mine they shouted out the door at every new customer pulling in LEGIT trying to steer them away in all forms and fashions. It was the most hostile environment I’ve ever been in. I will NEVER be back. This was not the first bad trip. Just the worst. So so done with subway in Tecumseh. BOTH ladies working last night need rehab, counseling, and probably anger management classes. The food was not consumed. They weren’t sanitary, careful, at the point of leaving and seeing all of it I could no longer trust eating the ingredients. They were in no way trying to keep ingredients separated from each other in coolers etc right in front of us. At the point of leaving it hit me they probably were careless with everything if so careless with that. Food was literally thrown away. I just can’t believe anyone could treat anyone the way these ladies chose to last night. And every customer around us.
