  Ordered two footlongs in the app, and my sister ordered one. After 20 minutes of shopping in the area, we came in to see if our order was ready, and not only were the 2-3 workers there not making our food, nor was it done, they called my sister up to the counter to try to blame her for a system error that was easily sorted out if the employees would’ve just READ THE RECEIPTS. After that, people started walking into the restaurant to order food in person, and our sandwiches got skipped instead of prioritized. My sister ended up getting her sandwich 35 minutes after she ordered, and mine I received 40-45 minutes after. All while we sat there and listened to the employees complain about more people coming in, and not being able to use the bathroom. This was all around 2pm-3pm, so not really the lunch rush. And after reading the reviews for this location- seems like this is a manager or owner issues with hiring poor employees specifically. The only reason this is a 2 star is because the sandwiches were correct.

  I went in and they had this single worker in the front making a door dash or something order asked me to hold on no big deal, she finished those three sandwiches and then went to making the next delivery order, she apologized for the wait twice was nice about it but why in the world on a Thursday night is there only one person in the store this is the company letting down there employees and there customers no wonder why every one has started going elsewhere

  Food was average, it took them an hour to make our food when it was a call in order and then on top of that after they made food for said friends they stopped and chatted with them for another 5 to 10 minutes BEFORE starting my food ...my app said it was supposed to be done at 633 so that's when I entered the restaurant and it was after 7 when I left, and on top of that they had to start my sandwich over because they made it wrong the first time. This was on Thursday the 11th
